2. Products, Customization & Scope
Maja Sanctuary provides:
- Standard pre-built and modular saunas and outdoor hot tubs.
- Custom indoor saunas and high-mobility mobile saunas.
- Turnkey on-site installation, timber aftercare, maintenance, and master ritual training.
- Commercial B2B wellness space calculations and architectural layouts.
All technical specifications, timber selections (Latvian production), dimensions, and custom modifications are formally specified in individual project quotes or pro-forma invoice documentation prior to manufacture.
3. Orders, Deposits & Payments
- Order Confirmation: Orders are formalized upon approval of a project quote and receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
- Stripe Processing: Payments, including production deposits, are securely processed via Stripe on behalf of White Flame LLC.
- Deposit Policy: Custom and standard builds typically require a non-refundable production deposit (e.g., 30%–50%) before raw material sourcing and Latvian manufacturing commence. The remaining balance is due prior to final dispatch or upon turnkey installation.
4. Manufacturing & European Delivery
- Production Schedules: Estimated production lead times (typically 6–10 weeks) vary depending on custom specifications and seasonal manufacturing capacity.
- Turnkey Installation: Delivery and installation services cover Croatia, Italy, Austria, Slovakia, and broader European destinations. Logistics timelines are coordinated directly with the client.
5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Standard Products: Customers have the right to cancel unused, standard non-customized product orders within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws. The customer is responsible for freight return shipping costs.
- Bespoke & Custom Builds: Custom saunas, tailored mobile units, and bespoke timber structures manufactured to client dimensions are non-refundable once raw material processing and production have commenced.
- Defect Claims: If a shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at hello@majasanctuary.com with detailed photo documentation. Valid defect claims will be repaired, replaced, or serviced under warranty.
6. Warranty & Timber Care
All Maja Sanctuary saunas and hot tubs include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering structural timber integrity and heating equipment, subject to adherence to official care and maintenance guidelines. Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized alterations is excluded.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate laws, with operational execution managed through White Flame LLC and its regional European distribution partners.
